The BEd series explosion-proof electric hydraulic thrusters mainly consist of explosion-proof motors, intermediate flanges, impellers, complete sets of pistons, etc. Connect the power supply to the thruster, and the motor rotates to drive the impeller to generate pressure oil, pushing the piston and connecting rod upwards. Installation position:
The BEd series explosion-proof electric hydraulic thrusters are generally installed vertically (the motor should be below), and can also be installed tilted or horizontally. However, when installing tilted or horizontally, the balance chamber should be facing upwards, and the thruster can swing as a whole. The piston rod is not allowed to bear radial forces.
. Connect the upper and lower connecting holes of the thruster with the matching mechanism using a pin shaft, and add washers and split pins. The connecting rods of the thruster can rotate, and when the thruster is in the working state, there should be a certain distance between the upper connecting rod and the upper edge of the cylinder body, generally not less than 5mm

When wiring, use the configured wrench to remove the three bolts on the junction box cover, open the junction box cover, enter the cable into the junction box through the explosion-proof junction pipe mouth, and connect the three-phase power line (phase sequence not required) and ground wire as required.
. Then install the junction box cover and tighten the bolts. The junction box should be kept clean, and the sealing gasket should be in the correct position and not damaged. The diameter of the motor inlet cable should match the aperture of the rubber sealing ring. The large cross-section of the cable used is 4 × 4, and there should be no gap between the rubber ring and the motor outlet. Otherwise, the explosion-proof performance will be lost. When the sealing ring of the introduction device ages or deteriorates, it should be replaced in a timely manner. Regular maintenance content of explosion-proof electric hydraulic thruster hydraulic brake:
(1) When the vehicle mileage reaches 1600 kilometers (or 1 month), the liquid level in the brake master cylinder (master cylinder) reservoir should be checked.
① Remove dust and dirt from the master cylinder cover to prevent it from falling into the storage chamber② Open the main pump cover. According to the shape of the lid, the way it is opened should also be different: some use a screwdriver to pry off the fixing clip; Some use a screwdriver or wrench to unscrew the fixing screws; Some just need to manually screw out threaded plastic caps, etc③ Check the liquid level according to the liquid level mark. For those without a liquid level height mark, the liquid level should be kept 6-8 millimeters away from the top of the oil cylinder. If the brake fluid is insufficient, it needs to be added.
