Firstly, before installation, check whether the two shafts of the prime mover and the working machine are concentric, and whether there are packaging paper and scratches on the surfaces of the two shafts.
. Check if there are any debris in the inner holes of the two half couplings of the plum blossom coupling, and if there are any scratches on the edges of the inner holes. If there are any, clean the shaft and half couplings, and handle the scratches with a fine file. Then check whether the inner hole diameter and length of the two half couplings match the diameter and shaft extension length dimensions of the prime mover and working machine. It is generally recommended to make the length of the half coupling between the prime mover and the working machine less than 10-30mm of its shaft extension length during selection 2. Alignment: Use a dial gauge to check the end face and outer circle runout of the two half coupling flange plates. When the outer circle of the flange plate is less than 250mm, the runout value should not exceed 005mm; When the outer circle of the flange is greater than 250mm, the runout value should not exceed 008 3. Installation of bolts: Thread the bolts into the small holes on the flange and out of the large holes on another piece of flange. The error between the two should be controlled within the range of 0-04mm 6. Operator's Notice: Before starting the equipment, the nut of the plum blossom coupling should be checked for looseness or detachment. If so, the nut should be tightened with a wrench in a timely manner.
